There are two ways to solve this situation:

  • Add a Non-Family Administrator, also called a Family Member, to the account of the registered child.  (Click here for instructions.)

NOTE: A Non-Family Administrator profile allows the user to follow the players within your account without allowing them to change any information on the account, or register/checkout orders.  Once the child's team is designated as Active, each parent will receive game and event notifications, and will be able to access their child's schedule (if posted) and communicate with the rest of the team by using the Team Chat feature (if enabled for your league). *If you wish this Family Member to also receive email communications from the team, you must also add their email address as an 'Alternate Email' to the Family Administrator's profile.

  • Contact your League Administrator and request to be added as a custom volunteer role. *Your league may choose not to participate in this option.
