When this occurs, please follow the instructions below. Verifying your email address will typically fix this issue.

Using your iOS device:

  1. Log Out of the SI Play Mobile App.
  2. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version
    • Must be version 1.17.10 or higher.
  3. Log back in.
  4. Underneath 'Missing Teams?', tap Verify your Account
  5. Tap Ok.
  6. On your mobile device, check your email inbox and open the Verification email sent to you.
  7. Tap Verify Email.
    • NOTE: You must leave the SI Play Mobile App. If you verify your email from a computer, you will need to close the app and re-open before continuing.
  8. You should now be able to select and follow your favorite team(s).

Using your Android device:

  1. Log Out of the SI Play Mobile App.
  2. Ensure your app is updated to the latest version
    • Must be version 1.20.2 or higher.
  3. Log back in.
  4. Underneath 'Missing Teams?', tap Verify your Email
  5. Tap Ok.
  6. On your mobile device, check your email inbox and open the Verification email sent to you.
  7. Tap Verify Email.
    • NOTE: You must leave the SI Play Mobile App. If you verify your email from a computer, you will need to close the app and re-open before continuing.
  8. You should now be able to select and follow your favorite team(s).
